ABOUT ME —

I Am a United States Air Force Veteran, certified tactical conditioning specialist, and exercise therapist. I’m married to my wonderful wife Ashley and we have two kids named Kai and Koa.

Originally from Newport News, VA but was raised in New York City and relocated to Texas at 17 years old to finish my senior year of high school and attend college. I grew up playing many sports such as football, baseball, and track including playing football in college, where my dream was to become a physical therapist.

Even though I haven't always been a personal trainer — I knew from an early age it was my calling to be in a space that helped others become in tune with their health.
